For my practice and my needs, I would like to have a buffer time of 15 or 30mins before and after every booking. I only seem to be able to find settings in one-hour-increments. How can I set the buffer to 15min intervals?
You would need to change the Default timeslot step. This option can be found in General settings. By default, it is set to 30 minutes, but if you change this to a lower value, you will be able to change the service duration, as well as buffer time before and after in lower "increments".
