Our Plugin is not compatible with AMP, as far as I am aware, and looking from the initial report you sent us along with the comments from the AMP provider reply;
I am not 100% sure how much we will be able to help with this issue, but we will check with our 2nd level Support and our Developers.
As soon as we get advised, we will report back.
I will also let you know if we need any additional details, or access from your end.
So that can achieve to exclude AMP on Pages where you have our Tables to avoid this conflict.
I will still keep following up with our developers and if we make any solution to have our tables combined with AMP on same Page, we will let you know.

I got feedback, our Senior Team had previous experience with users who tried using AMP with wpDataTables.
At the moment, wpDataTables does not have any integration with AMP, and the plugin will not work correctly with it.
However, there's a workaround by excluding pages or posts within AMP. Please check out this thread:

My sincerest apologies that it takes so long. Unfortunately, our developers were extremely busy with major tasks for the plugin.
For the moment, we do not have any way to make wpDataTables work along with AMP on the same Page.
At the moment, wpDataTables doesn't have an integration with AMP, and the plugin will not work correctly with it.
There is only a workaround by excluding pages or posts within AMP.
