Have you configured the option "period available to book in advance"? Please check since if this option is configured, then Amelia won't let customers to book appointments outside this period. Please note that you can configure this option for each service separately, so you want to check this for each service.
I have NOT changed any configurations in months....
I do not even see this option " period available to book in advance"
where does this option live??? it is not on my individual service options...
its not a case of not being able to book in advance... the first 2 weeks of April are clouded over like i have put a holiday in place.. which i Have Not.
it is still possible to book appointments after the 20th of April..
The best option would be to provide the WP admin credentials so i can log in to take a better look.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Apologies for the delayed answer. I was able to log in to take a look. As far as i can see, the configuration is correct. Only the first two weeks in April are not available for booking, but the configuration is correct.
I see that you have two employees connected to the Google Calendar. Have you checked if this period is marked as "busy" in Google Calendar?
Unfortunately, when there is a sync already made between Amelia and Google Calendar, each appointment marked as "busy" is Google Calendar wont be available for booking in Amelia. The only way would be to disconnect the Calendar or use the option "remove busy slots" since this will remove the busy slots from the Calendar.
If an Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.
hello for some reason unknown to me, it is not possible to book an appointment in my booking system for the 1st 2 weeks of april???
i have checked that there is not any company holiday or closing time scheduled.

Hello
Thank you for coming back to me and helping to know what the issue is!
I did not check or think it would be a cause of my Google calender as it is external to Amelia.
Is there a way to change this, whilst still using Google calender.
I have simply marked the school Easter holidays in my calendar....
This in my opinion should not be blocking out bookings in my schedule.
Thank you
Shelana
