I have recently integrated your diary/appointments function into my website. I have noticed a couple of bugs:
1) The Amelia/Zoom integration automatically creates new Zoom meetings even for event that are NOT on Zoom. So my Zoom account is now cluttered up with appointments that are not on zoom.
2) When a client receives a notification from a confirmed booking, they get both a Zoom link and the physical address, regardless of whether they are having the appointment on zoom or at the address
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for the access. Can you point out which event is generating the Zoom meetings? I would like to test by booking a place for that event.
Regarding the other issue with notifications, the notifications template "appointment approved" has placeholders %location_address% and %zoom_join_url%. Since this template is sent for any appointment in general, these links will be generated if there is a Zoom integration. For each service, you can enable/disable the Zoom integration by going to Service / Settings. In this way, for particular service, the Zoom links wont be rendered.
There isn't a problem where the events bookings causes a Zoom meeting to be generated.
I am aware that the "appointment approved" notification template has location and Zoom url placeholders. This is necessary depending on the LOCATION. The location is already an available variable - why would I have to proliferate my services further on the basis of their location? This seems like a deficiency in the Amelia plugin. I don't want to double my service list in order to account for a variable that already has its own input field. Can Amelia please update the plugin so that the notification will include the details relevant to the location. This is particularly important because in Amelia there is only one Appointment Approves notification.
At this moment, i can pass this to developers as an improvement with the explanation. Currently, as stated, the Zoom can be enabled/disabled for both services / events, for a particular service or event, while the "appointment approved" template or any other will render the location if there is a placeholder added. It's unlikely that option can be changed without the update and previous planning first.
