Is it possible to get the timeslots availble in the Outlook agenda's through the Amelia API or can I only get the available timeslots in Amelia? If I can only get the available ones from Amelia, can I get a response that the timeslot is already taken when I try to make the appointment via the Amelia API and Amelia can't book it into the Outlook agenda?
I know Amelia can show only the available timeslots, but I have an external custom application and I want to show the available timeslots in this application. So my question is, can I request the available timeslots through the Amelia API? And will this also take the Outlook calendar into account?

Not yet, agents work on tickets in order they are received but developers work on tickets based on severity if there is some sort of conflict or fatal error those cases have a priority and questions and suggestions are considered a lower priority than those severe cases. With those settings changed, the timeslots returned will not include slots with outlook events.
We do not have an option to return just the slots from Outlook, but in that case you can just use the Outlook/Microsoft API

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia work like this. You set your employee work hours and service work hours depend on what you ser in employee work hours.
Then when you connect employees to Outlook calendar Amelia can check the availability of the employee based on the calendar.
For that you need to set couple of options
1. You need to enable option remove calendar busy time slots
2. Make sure that status of the events in calendar are set to busy
3. Set number of events returned to 999
Then Amelia will check this and only show available time slots on the booking form.

Appointments from the calendar can only show as unavailable time slots in Amelia but appointments from Amelia can show in the calendar.
