Hi,
I have "no show" enabled. A client missed an appointment, and I tried to flag it as a no show, but it didn't come up.
I tried selecting an event from yesterday, and that works fine.
I'm not sure if this makes a difference, but I am currently in a different time zone. I travelled yesterday. However, the event has has finished, and it's still not letting me select "no show" for any sessions that I've had today. Perhaps Amelia is using my personal time zone to check if an event has finished? It shouldn't detect my personal time zone...it should use the internal wordpress time zone.
Unless the issue is something else.
I am currently three hours behind the Wordpress time zone, so I could check in three hours and see if it fixes this bug and can report if you'd like?
Best,
Ronnie
Hello Ronnie,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It is most definitely due to the time zone difference as the "No-show" option works only for past appointments.
Have you since ben able to change the status of the appointment?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
