We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

On an event it is possible to Allow Bring More People. If they chooses to bring more than one person, how can we gather the second (or more) persons details?

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this option is not available for both appointments/events. For the time being, the workaround would be to add the custom fields, which you can make mandatory, and then the customer would need to populate these fields. The only downside is that these customer fields are not adjustable per number of extra people, and it's only usable if you have a "fixed" number of how many extra people can come.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Hello Trevor,
Some people previously used third-party plugins like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), but again, then customers would need to populate these additional fields. Currently, there is no workaround, unfortunately.
