This depends on the "Default timeslot step" in General settings. By default is configured to 30 minutes, but it looks like you've configured it to 6h. You would need to change this to a lower value, so you can have lower "increments" in Event duration configuration.
The customer can only book a place for one event, but it also depends on the event configuration itself. For example, it can be a multi-day or recurring event configuration. If you create a multi-day event, for example, a customer would book this event to register for the course, and they would automatically be assigned to all 5 dates within this one event.
I'm trying to set up events and services, and only getting limited option for Event "Time" and Service "Duration" as shown in the attached images.
I only have the choice of 0:00, 6:00, 12:00, 18:00, 24:00 in Time, and only "6h, 12h, 18h, 24h" in Duration.
I need to set up a Time from 8:00 to 15:00 , and 7h for duration.
How can I achieve that.
Thank you

Hello Kaoru,
Thanks for reaching out to us.

Let us know if it works.

Hi Stefan,
Thanks for the reply.
You were right, it did solve the problem.
I have another question, how can people book multiple events at once, and is there a way to give discounts to people who booked multiple events?
Thank you.
Hello Kaoru,
You are welcome.
The customer can only book a place for one event, but it also depends on the event configuration itself. For example, it can be a multi-day or recurring event configuration. If you create a multi-day event, for example, a customer would book this event to register for the course, and they would automatically be assigned to all 5 dates within this one event.
You can find more information in this article - Recurring VS multi-day events
