Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

When showing the site to a client the table didn't load. This is a huge problem as this page is a major selling point to clients. It also did not load on the phone. I'm attaching photos showing the issue. It did NOT load upon refreshing. Please help!

    Hi Kelly,

This is an issue with caching combined on the Page with our server-side processing on your Table.

We currently have this issue which only happens for server-side processing tables when you have caching active on the page.

It seems i have resolved the issue for you now, on this Page.

What I did is, i set this URL as one of the excluded URL's from your Caching Plugin :

So now, the Table loads for Admins and also for non-logged Users.

Please check how it looks when you visit as non-logged user and let me know?

I just want to add more details to clarify this issue with caching and our server-side feature.

Our developers are intensively working to resolve this issue, as soon as possible. I can't say an ETA on it, unfortunately.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

For the time being, the only two possible solutions will be:

    1.  To disable caching only for pages where you have the tables, or perhaps disable caching entirely, if possible.

Most caching Plugins have the option to add URL's that will be excluded, so if possible, see if you can add the Pages with tables there, and that should solve it for now.

2 Or you can try disabling server-side processing in your Table.

For the Manual Tables, it is not possible to disable server-side processing,

but you can make a new SQL Query based table from the same data which is stored in a Manual Table,

by checking the MySQL Table name inside the Editing settings,

then make an SQL Query like :  SELECT * FROM TableName.  ( of course, you can change the Query if you just wish to pull specific columns only)

For any SQL Query based Table which has less than 2 thousand rows, you will be able to toggle server-side processing in the Data Source settings.

Let me know if that helps and if you have any questions.

    Thank you

    Kind Regards,
