The Google integration works well for individual appointments.
All-day appointments, e.g. vacation, will not be taken into amelia account.
I noticed that in Google Calendar the dates April 1st and 2nd are not removed in the March view, but they are in the April view.
This means the customer can book the appointment in the March view even though it would not be available.
In the April view, however, the appointment cannot be booked as requested.
I ask for help with this problem.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials and apologies for the delayed answer. I was able to log in to take a look, but seems like this is coming from the Google Calendar sync settings. If the appointments are marked as busy, they shouldn't be available for booking in Amelia. Usually increasing the "maximum number of events returned per page" in Google Calendar settings helps, but i can see that is already configured to 500 (which is ok).
I've also checked the booking form in Amelia, both 1st and 2nd April are not available in either March or April view, so i guess it's working properly now.
