Hi there,
I am trying to figure out the best option for the services I offer.
I host weekly group breathworks and I wonder if it is better to use the event option or service option to organise my bookings.
I would like to have a display (like events) of the different services as well for my customers to have a visual of available and upcoming services/ events.
Thanks for your help.
Hello Sonia,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I guess this is up to your personal choice, but i can give you a basic overview of the differences between services and events. For example, you can display different services using the catalog booking form where the customer can choose the service and then the timeslots based on the employee availability. You can find more information on this link.
Events, on the other hand, are already predefined in advance, which means that the time and date are already configured, and the customer can book a place for the event. You can configure if the event is going to be recurring or not, or multi day and etc. Please note that these two features are different and they can't be used in combination.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
