We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Is it possible for admins to overbook a specific service? I know there's a setting to allow overbooking but it applies to all services and we only want to apply it to one service. I also know we can adjust the number of slots for a service but it would then apply to all instances of that service but we only want it on specific dates. 

    Ideally, we can just book appointments like usual from the backend even if the slots are all taken. Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Admin can not overbook you have option to allow admin to book outside work hours and this option when enabled it applies for each employee not only on one.

    As for number of slots this can be adjusted per employee not per day. So you can create new employee that will work only on specific day that you create in special days section. You can set the slots in employee modal in assigned services.

    You can not create double booking from the backend you want to create a new booking if the time slot is taken and this will be double booking and Amelia is designed to prevent this.
