We will advise our Envato Team to urgently upload the 6.2.1 Version on the Envato Store for our users, our apologies for this inconvenience.

In the meantime, you can try to update it via WordPress, if you activated your licence through the Envato API in our Plugin's Activation settings.

If you activated the Envato licence key via the ENVATO API in wpDataTables Settings/Activation, the update should be offered in the Plugins section. 

On some WordPress installations, you need to deactivate the plugin first in order to see the update offered, so please try that.

If that doesn't work, try going through Dashboard/Updates. 

See if you can update the plugin through there, and if that doesn't work either, I can send you the 6.2.1 installation copy here, but you would need to confirm your Envato licence key on the ticket.

If you send us the Licence key / or Envato invoice here, please make sure it is sent in a PRIVATE reply, for security reasons.

I can see what you mean.

There is some kind of specific issue on your Site when it comes to the automatic update of wpDataTables.

I can see from the screenshots the main Plugin wpDataTables is properly activated with Envato.

When it comes to the Powerful Filters Add-on;  this can happen because Envato's API is limited to linking 3 requests per second you will probably need to click on "Activate with Envato" a few times until the license is activated, but once it is activated, it will stay active and you will be able to update the plugin through the Plugins page.

Can you please try now, and let me know if it works? 

Just remember that you probably will need to click on "Activate with Envato" a few times before it actually activates the license.

If clicking in the "Activate with Envato" does not even launch the Envato API, and if you tried multiple times, then you could have a very specific issue on your Site - coming from the Hosting Firewall or another security issue which 'blocks'/prevents your Site to send a request towards the Envato API.

In either case, our Envato Team is working to add the latest 6.2.1 wpDataTables there, it will be added as quickly as possible.

I can also send you the latest wpDataTables 6.2.1 installation here - if you could just send me your Envato Licence key or copy of the invoice?

Same goes for the add-on Powerful Filters - can you just also send me the separate licence key which is for the Powerful Filters licence, too ( or invoice)?

Then when our Accounts confirm those are valid licence keys/or invoices - we can send you both wpDataTables and Powerful Filters installations here and we will help you install them.
