Hi there. Since Amelia still doesn't have an option to display appointments schedule in list or calendar view I am trying to work around this. 

We are using custom amelia shortcodes on our website and they work just fine, however....

We want to build a list/schedule of all appointments and create a stepbooking form shortcode for a popup in "book now" button - that needs to have that specific appointment selected when the book now button is clicked.

I've tried adding this shortcode: [ameliastepbooking show=services service=30 employee=1 date=19-03-2024 time=08:00] The pop up forms loads, but it gives all available dates instead of a specififed date in the shortcode. 

Can you please advise how can we solve this? Our frustration for Amelia not having an option to display the list schedule/calendar of all appointments mades us look for another possible solutions, and this option is by far the closest to what we want to achieve. 

I have attached the screenshot of an example of how we are planing do do this - a list of classes displayed by date (built with divi) and then a shortcodde for each class Book Now button.

Hi, I do apologise if I didn't explain this well. I will try again:

We are using Amelia Services for booking our Pilates Studio classes and Packages. 

What I am trying to achieve is to have the Services displayed in a list and make them bookable after clicking the button just like it is possible to do so with Events List. 

I really don't understand why this feature is not available with Services. We could use Events to sell our classes but the Events are not working with service packages... This is so frustrating

So I am trying to make a page like this building the schedule view with divi.

All Services Listed for the week below E.g.

08:00 27th March - Beginners Reformer Pilates - BOOK <(Button with the shortcode to load this only slot) 

I am able to make the form show this specifci service and the employee, but it gives all available slots instead of this specific one even after specifying date and time.

Can you please advise what to do, we would just simply use the events but like i said events don't work with packages. 

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

Ability to preselect date & time, or at least specific date would solve all our problems.. Can you please double check if this is possible, as I have tried adding [ameliastepbooking show=services service=30 employee=1 date=19-03-2024 trigger=beginners800 trigger_type=class in_dialog=1] but it gives all available slots.
