we have implemented Google-Calendar as described in your Video and Website. In the basis it is working but the synchronizing with google calendar is not working correct.
We have activate the function to block time slots in amelia which are full on the employer google calendar. But they blocked not all time-slots. We can not find any difference of the full time slots. We have read that appointments make in google not synchronize to amelai - but this time slots are old - booked month before and now we want to block full time slots in amelia.
Backgroudn is we have use google calendar before and now we switch to amelia and we have over 300 booked appointments in google-calendar adn we don't want to overbook in amelai - so we want to block full time slots.
We have make some screenshots from google-calendar and from the appointment site from of amelia. It is very weird - because other appointments were blocked corect but some not - the appointments are all the same on google-calendar. For example 26 March all is okay - 27 March is not.
Now i have book the 27 March at 14 O'Clock and the system says not available - if it is not available why can i choose this date and time?
I have configure employee calender access in backend - here the employee can add a booking to the calender - but only with an available customer? Then if i choose available customer i can set a date and time which is not available - but i can book and then the system says after save Error Timeslot not available. Also i have to choose a already existing customer but if i press button save it say i have to fill in custom-fields like PLZ, Street and so on - but it is a existing customer - why i have to fill out fields the customer has filled out on registering before?
Add this screenshot - here i can book the date and time and after this it tell me is not available... so why i can book this date and time if it not a empty time slot?
You have also the problem - looks like only the Frontend don't recognize the google-calendar full time slots.
Also sometimes the Frontend change - i have deactivated the function with this Google-Calendar settings "Besetzte Termine im Google-Kalendeer entfernen" save and make a appointment then iu have activated again - and some date and times are not available like before - it looks like the frontend algo is stopping during the process to synchro with google.
Also i have set the 365 days booking in future - but i can not book in September or November or December... all is greyed out.
It looks like there are many bugs... so we are the only two peoples using amelia and found this bugs? And now after 24h not any answer from support
Have found that the services have an additional setting for booking in future - so i have set there 365 days and now all my services can book in future an year.
Apologies for the delayed answer. Let me give you the basic overview of how integration with Google Calendar works. If an Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to sync the older appointments that are already scheduled in Google Calendar. The sync will work only from the moment when it has been integrated, so all future appointments will be forwarded to Google Calendar.
In the Integration settings for Google Calendar, there is an option called "remove busy slots". If this option is enabled, it will remove all busy slots from the Google Calendar and those slots will be available in Amelia. We've also had the issue where the error "timeslot is not available" would occur if the appointment was booked and then canceled, but this is fixed in the latest update. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Amelia 7.4.3.
Feel free to double-check and let me know if it works.

I mean the busy timeslots have to be removed from amelia - but this work not correct.
How this function work:
"remove busy slots"
In my opinion i use this function to prevent overbooking in amelia if we have old busy slots in google.
I have the latest Amelia installed - see screenshot.
Again - i want not the old appointments from google in amelia - i want only that amelia knows which slots free and which slots busy in google - so this looks buggy... please check screenshots again in my first post. You see Google busy slots and amelia booking form i can book this busy slots - but then the error appears timeslot not available.
I tried it, deleted the 2 old appointments on 04.04, set them up again, they are private appointments. In Amelia the appointments are shown as free, but in the end they are not bookable. Customers are annoyed.
If the sync is correct between Google Calendar and Amelia, each timeslot marked as busy in Google Calendar will not be available in Amelia, that's true. But we've had some reports previously that not all appointments are there in Google Calendar. From our experience increasing the "maximum number of returned events" in Google Calendar settings helps. On your screenshot i can see that it has been set to 50, so you want to increase this number. This will increase the maximum number of events per page.
So that is true - the google timeslots not realy avaliable in amelia - but you see some are greyed out and some not - looks like a frontend problem. You can book busy timeslots - but then the red message (timeslot not available) appear on next step of the booking form. Looks like the backend knows the busy timeslots - but the frontend does not.
So i have increase to 1000 and now it looks like the busy timeslot not bookable in amelia booking-form. I will test all out now...
