In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Je rencontre des difficultés à configurer l'envoi de mails SMTP avec Amelia.
J'ai effectué toutes les configurations avec Post SMTP et Amelia, en rentrant les informations suivantes dans les réglages d'Amelia :
-smtp.gmail.com
- 587
- TLS
- [email protected]
- mot de passe généré par google (vérification en deux étapes).
Lorsque j'envoie un mail test avec les test de Post SMTP, je reçois bien le mail.
Lorsque j'envoie un mail test avec Amelia, le mail n'est pas envoyé.
Lorsque j'essaie d'obtenir un mail via la page "compte client" du site internet, je ne reçois évidemment rien.
J'ai également essayé en changeant le port en 465 et SSL, mais le problème persiste.
Pouvez-vous m'aider ? J'ai suivi 3 tutoriels différents mais je rencontre toujours le même problème.

Please note that the official language of our support team is English, thus I would like to apologize in advance if anything is lost in the translation since we use Google Translate to translate your query.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the access. The problem was the timezone configuration set to UTC. I've changed this to the nearest city in your timezone (Paris) and when i send the test email, everything is working correctly now.
According to this, the configuration is correct, but feel free to test it with notifications and let me know if it works.
