We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

First of all, I am sending you this email to tell you that you have created an amazing and affordable plugin. Second, I want to tell you that when a client is asked to provide the area code (for Bonaire Dutch Caribbean) it does work. However, if the administrator wants to add this code manually, modify a code for an existing user or create a new user, then it is not possible to add the area code for Bonaire. And third, I have been testing the reservation on a client's website and I see that a client with the same email, name and last name can make an appointment in the same time slot if he does it with two different employees. Should the system disable such thing?

I am sending pictures and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

    Rafael Fernandez

P.S. I am planning on making more websites on Bonaire. I hope that you can soon at least fix the problem with the area code.

    Hello Rafael,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Well, it's not a glitch but let me explain a bit more. While the customers can enter the area code for Bonaire on the front end using the code +599, the admin can do the same, but only using +31. This is because Bonaire is Dutch territory and basically you want to enter the area code for the Netherlands. I will double-check with the developers, of course.

Regarding booking the same timeslots, there is an option named "Check customer's name for existing email when booking" in the User Roles settings for customers. If this option is enabled Amelia won't let the existing customer use different first and last names when booking.

Also, if the maximum capacity is set to 2 or above and the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" is activated in Appointment settings, the customer will have the option to book the same timeslot multiple times until the maximum capacity is reached.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
