The Amelia Manager role needs more functionality (be able to book at any time). Currently only admin role can do this. For security reasons, I do not want to give admin access to the rest of my website, when I only need them to manage Amelia.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. The option to allow to book at any time is only available for admin user roles.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Or at least add a new "admin" role that doesn't require giving other access.
