In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue encountered while attempting to process payments through PayPal using the Amelia plugin on our WordPress website. We have integrated PayPal as a payment gateway to facilitate seamless transactions for our customers booking services through the Amelia booking system.
However, upon testing the payment process, we have encountered persistent error: "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later."
We already activated Sandbox Mode.

Can you please tell me did you disable Sandbox mode?
If you leave it in the Sandbox mode, live transactions will not work.
Or if you are set to Live Mode,
please check your Live Client ID and Live Secret on your PayPal account?
Let us know if that solves the issue.
If you already checked all of this, and still can't isolate the issue,
with your permission, we can try our own PayPal Test on your site,
and then we will revert everything as it was?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Most of the time, issues like this are resolved by regenerating PayPal test keys and pasting them into Amelia.
Please do that and let me know if that resolves this issue.
