I have one service with 30 min and 2h times and 6 capacity.
Someone book a 2h service from 14h to 16h
The logic should be that someone can also book the 30 min service at 14:30h,15:30h,15h ets... But the system only allows it to be book at 14h or 16h not in the middle.
This is happening because you have two services with different duration assigned to one employee. On the booking form, the customer can choose both services, but essentially it's just one employee who is going to work on both of them.
If you have one employee assigned to service with a duration of 2h and his work hours are configured from 09 - 17, the timeslots will appear in the duration of 2h, so 09 - 11, 11 - 12. If the customer chooses the service with duration of 30 minutes, then it should follow the work hours and service duration and display the timeslots from 14:30 and etc.
Also, in general settings, there is an option "use service duration for booking a time slot". If this is enabled, the timeslot step will be the same as the duration.

This is because the employee is already assigned to the timeslot 10 AM to 12 AM. It means that he is already working on this timeslot and it can be booked for 11 AM to 11:30 AM since it overlaps the first timeslot. All other timeslots that do not overlap with this one are available.

Why is that ? Is that a bug ?
Thanks

Hello Stefan,
My employee will be renting equipment, and he can attend various people at the same time.

I no longer have the plugin installed, but you can try it quite easy.
1. Create a service for one employee with two times, one for 2h and another for 30 min, with a capacity of 10
2. Book a 2h service for 1 person day 20, 10am to 12am
3. Try to book a 30min service for 1 person day 20, 11am to 11:30am. On my usercase you should be able to do it but you can't.
