We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello,
I would like to create a package of 10 sessions of a single service. However, this service can last either 1 hour or 1.5 hours. When I create my package with this service, the default duration is selected (1 hour) and I cannot change it to 1.5 hours.
I could change the default duration but I want to be able to create 1 hour packages and 1.5 packages of the same service.
It is impossible for me to create another service because I would lose the ability to have group appointments with different durations.
Please help.

By default it choose 1h - 50€ cannot change to the other custom duration.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. The packages can only use the default value and fixed price the duration and price can not change dynamically for packages. So what you want to achieve at this time is not possible I'm afraid.

The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received.
