I tried replacing the js file mentioned in the solution but unfortunately that didn't fix the issue even after clearing caching, clearing browser cache and hard reloading...same issue
P.S How can I downgrade to a previous version? I dont see a rollback option nor do i see it in my TMS account
I actually tested both on my local machine and the live site and it didn't make a difference. No I don't have a staging version of the live site and unfortunately its a live client site so I can't debug on it.
I tested from my LocalWP and it didn't make a difference, did the change work for the other user in the issue i referenced? I tried clearing cache multiple times but nothing happened...I even completely deleted the js file from the filesystem and then cleared cache but didn't get no error message in the console.
If you can't make a Staging Version, could you send me a cloned copy of your Website?
I tried on my LocalHost Site as well as on my Live Support Test Site which we have;
and our QA Team has tried on three different Live Sites, for us it resolved the issue.
We also tried all PHP versions on our Servers, from 7.4 to 8.2 and can't reproduce it anymore.
It seems there is something specific on your Site that does not work well with that JS fix or maybe the fix is somehow not being applied as it should be, we can't say for sure until we inspect the data.
So without accessing the data on your Site - and since the fix works on our end on multiple Sites, we will not be able to debug the specific issue that might be happening isolated on your Site.
Let me know if you could send us a cloned copy of the Site.
It will generate a duplicate copy of the site that you can send me (along with an Administrator user log-in credentials),
and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via something like 'wetransfer.com' or 'Google Drive' for example and send me the download link.
If you send it, just make sure to mark the reply as PRIVATE for safety.
Can you tell me, when you were applying that JS Fix , did you disable this option in the Main Plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/Use minified wpDataTables Javascript?
I might have forgotten to tell you that important last step;
so after overwriting the JS file in question - please also uncheck this option, then purge cache of the Site, but also do a "Empty cache and hard reload" on your Browser ( if you use Chrome), to make sure it gets applied/there is no 'old cached version of the Page" and let me know if that helped?
If not - we would need a cloned copy to try and debug the issue for you as quickly as possible along with an Administrator User credentials.
I have a similar or maybe the same issue with this person: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3595826/
The date selected is totally wrong!

Hi Uriahs,
Apology for replying late.

If yes - I'll ask you to install the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
It will generate a duplicate copy of the site that you can send me (along with an Administrator user log-in credentials),
and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

Hi Uriahs,
My apology, just one more detail.

Let me know how it goes.

Ok that was the setting that was causing the issue. It seems to be fixed.
Hi Uriahs,
That is great to hear, thank you for letting us know.
So far, on all our Test sites and for other users, this fix is working, so it should be added as part of our next Update.
We will be here if you encounter any issue or if any new question comes up, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you.
