We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Customers are not able to book anything on March 14th-15th because it is showing as not available but on google calendar and in our settings it is open.

Please check your employee days off and specials days in employee modal. And also just in case event if you send us screenshots from the calendar please turn of temporarily remove calendar busy time slots in integrations section and purge the cache and let us know how it goes.

Hi. I verified the employee days off and special days are all correct in the employee section and also in the working hours and days off section in settings. I also turned off the busy time slots in the integration section and then purged the cache using w3 total cache. The days (March 14th and 15th) are still crossed out. Looking ahead on the calendar everything else looks good. Just can't figure out why these two days are indicating unavailable when the opposite is true.

We can not say since these dates have passed. But there was something that was blocking them. Please check further in the future and in case that you find something similar please send us temporary admin credentials so that we can log in and test this.
