If I create an appointment (either through back-end or through API) and I choose not to notify the customer, will they still receive an appointment reminder?
They will not receive a notification for an appointment if you choose to disable the option when you create that appointment, but the reminder (scheduled) notification will be sent.
If you disable it here, they will not receive a notification that the appointment is booked for them.
