I want to set the background of the eventform to transparent or no color. I guess thats only possible with a bit of extra CSS?
Can you help me please with a basic code for getting there?

You can do that in customize section you do not need CSS.
Set cloro to transparent like this
And it will disappear
If you change it back to full it will show like this
So you can achieve this with customize section you just need to paly around with the settings to achieve exactly what you need.
