Hello how are you?
I'm having problems with the default email that is sent to
the user as soon as they make an appointment. When trying to configure,
I noticed that the default email is being sent in English (photo 2),
it goes at the right time, but I cannot edit it for my language, as it
does not appear in the emails that are available for editing (photo 1)
. When creating a new email, it sends it to the next user who makes the appointment
(along with the other default email), which is annoying, as a duplicate email remains
and then disappears from the emails that I created. When watching the videos available,
it seems to me that this behavior on Amelia's part is not normal.
Another point that I'm having difficulty with is translating this term in (photo 3).
I've tried everything and I can't translate the words ''package'' and the word 'save'.
How can I solve these problems?
grateful.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you install Loco Translate and then translate these strings.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
Hope this helps If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Still regarding emails, the problem persists, even after deactivating all plugins. Amelia continues sending the email in another language (as attached) and this email does not appear in the notification section to be changed, as shown in the photo. Changing the theme was also tried and was unsuccessful.
I believe the bug is that sent emails are not showing in the notifications section. When creating a new test email, it is being sent (each test appointment you make is sending 4 emails). The issue is that I can't adjust this because these emails don't appear for me to adjust in the notification section
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Along with that, please provide me with the database access credentials and I will assist you with this.

no more help?
I'm a consumer, I deserve a worthy response, not just being ignored. The problem that is being
presented is negatively affecting me and the progress of my company. Can you tell me why the
emails being sent to customer emails are not available to be edited? I need to configure emails
and they don't appear in the notification section. It's a simple question and I'm without assistance.
