the thing is Amelia is creating customers after the payment ......if a customer has filled the info ( name and its contact details ) and didn't make the payment im losing that info, if i have that info saved as a customer who didn't purchase ... it would be great
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. If they do not complete the booking process they are not customers and this data can not be saved I'm afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
