    Hola que tal, tengo varias dudas con respecto a amelia. Por un lado quisiera saber si hay algun complemento que me permita ver de forma facil el historial de reservas de los clientes. Anteriormente yo estaba usando la plataforma agenda pro para la gestion de las reservas y ellos me permitian poder acceder al perfil de un cliente y poder ver su historial de reservas sabiendo cuantas veces habian acudido, en qu efechas y que masajes se habian dado. Por otro lado también quisiera saber si hay algun complemento que me ayude a averiguar cuantas sesiones ha consumido un cliente de los paquetes de varias sesiones que compren. Actualmente tengo comprado el plan pro de amelia. Y esta infromacion es fundamental para mi para tener acceso. Si me podeis ayudar os lo agradezco. Por otro lado deciros que estoy teniendo a cada rato problemas con el panel tanto de empleado como el panel de acceso de los clientes. Que esta un tiempo que se ve perfecto en la pagina y un dia deja de verse y claro esto es catastrofico para a gestion del centro porque estas sufriendolo en las ventas de este mes asique porfavor pediria que nos diran alguna solucion al respecto. Una ultima cosa, cuando desde administrador yo creo una reserva de un cliente, en woocommerce aparece como pendiente de pago hasta ahi bien, despues cuando yo paso ese pedido(pendiente de pago a procesando, porque se genera un nuevo pedido de esa reserva como nuevamente pendiente de pago? hay alguna manera para que en wocommerce en la de los pedidos, no se genere un nuevo numero de pedido para esa reserva?. Yo se que desde configuración, en la seccion de pagos, si accedo a la seccion woccomerce, hay una manera de configurar como yo quiero que se comporte wocommerce con amelia, me podriais explicar dependiendo de lo que yo vaya seleccionando que acción provoco en esta interacción entre ambos?     Y una ultima pregunta, donde puedo configurar que me avisen cada vez que hagan una reserva ya que actualmente me entero cada vez que alguien hace una reserva. y otra cosa en la configuracion de los pagos veo que solo puedo elegir o pago por wocommerce o pago en el sitio. Como puedo hacer que se pueda utilizar las 2 opciones para que el cliente elija?

    When you have questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

    1. On the one hand, I would like to know if there is any plugin that allows me to easily see clients' reservation history. Previously I was using the agenda pro platform to manage reservations and they allowed me to access a client's profile and be able to see their reservation history knowing how many times they had come, on what dates and what massages they had given. - You can see the customers appointments in the back end you just need to set the time range

    2. On the other hand, I would also like to know if there is any complement that helps me find out how many sessions a client has consumed from the multi-session packages they purchase. I currently have purchased Amelia's pro plan. And this information is essential for me to have access. If you can help me, I appreciate it. - Yes you can see the number of appointment that customer has on the backend also

    3. On the other hand, I can tell you that I am constantly having problems with both the employee panel and the client access panel. For some time it looks perfect on the page and one day it stops showing and of course this is catastrophic for the center's management because you are suffering from it in this month's sales, so please, I would ask you to tell us some solution in this regard. - We do not have any issues with customer panels. 

    Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.

    If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.

    You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.

    After that Amelia should work properly again. 

    4. One last thing, when as an administrator I create a reservation for a client, in WooCommerce it appears as pending payment until then, then when I transfer that order (pending payment to processing, because a new order is generated from that reservation as again pending payment? Is there a way so that in WoCommerce, in the orders section, a new order number is not generated for that reservation? I know that from configuration, in the payment section, if I access the WoCommerce section, there is a way to configure how I want WoCommerce to behave with Amelia, could you explain to me, depending on what I select, what action I provoke in this interaction between the two? - We are not quite sure what you are asking us here but we will try to explain how Amelia and WooCommerce works.

    We will explain how the logic between Amelia bookings and WooCommerce Products works:

    -

    Once you enable WooCommerce as a payment method,  in Amelia settings/Payment settings,

    a new Woo Product is automatically created , named "Appointment".

    You will be able to see it in back-end of WordPress in WooCommerce/Products:

    By default, all services/events are connected to this WooCommerce product,

    you are able to edit it/rename it, etc.

    You are also able to add multiple products and choose which product is connected to which Service/Event.

    In Amelia, go to the Services page, edit one of the services and you will see Settings/Payments tab.

    Here you will see the option “Select WooCommerce product” where you can choose a product that will be connected to this service.

    The same applies to Events

    This way, you will be able to set different taxes and other WooCommerce options for each product and each service/event in Amelia.

    After setting the product, you can set the Tax and/or invoice option, or if you don’t need either of these options, you can start using the WooCommerce payment methods

    1. We have recently updated our Documentation page that explains how you can connect the statuses between Amelia and WooCommerce;

    2. You can also add taxes, and invoices if you wish, with WooCommerce as well;

    3. In the “Redirect page” option you can choose to which page customers will be redirected to after they finish their booking successfully. If you select the “WooCommerce Thank you page”, your users will stay on the last page of WooCommerce, and if you chose the “Amelia Add to Calendar page”, your customers will be redirected to the Congratulations page in Amelia, with the option to add their appointment or event to their calendar. -

    5. And one last question, where can I configure them to notify me every time they make a reservation since currently I find out every time someone makes a reservation. - After each booking a customer and employee gets a notification. If you as admin want to get these notifications you need to add in notification setting additional address and in this way you will receive all notification that are being sent

    6. And another thing in the payment configuration I see that I can only choose either payment through WoCommerce or payment on the site. How can I make it possible to use both options so that the client can choose? - When you use WooCommerce you can not use any other payment method since WooCommerce has all of the built in already. IF you need on site payment they have this option and it is called cach on delivery or similar so you can set this up.

    As you can see, this ticket is too long and can be very confusing, and if you have more questions or if you want to answer any of these questions and answers, please copy it into a new ticket and open a completely new ticket for each issue or question.

    Hola que tal? lo primero muchas gracias por la información proporcionada ya que ahora entiendo mucho mejor el funcionamiento de esta plataforma. En cuanto a los paneles sigo sin poder visualizarlos en la web. EL correo de la empresa es uno diferente a los demás. Hay tres empleados con distintos correos electronicos. Y he borrado la cache. No se donde puede estar el fallo.

    Hello again,

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
