This could be an issue with the mixed roles conflict. Please check if there are users with multiple user roles assigned. Usually, when there is a user with mixed roles conflict, the sections like the appointments screen are not loading since the user doesn't have access.
Its not that as its all users and most of them only have 1 role, admin users can still see it and it started last night and has been working fine since.
Thanks for the access. I'm noticing an issue here, but it's strange indeed. One of the WP users has mixed roles conflict (Eloise M), but the strange thing is that the user Chelmsford Salon doesn't have the issue with mixed roles, but the Appointments are not loading.
One of the options is to create a new WP user with Amelia manager user and then edit the email and username as this one, the other would be to check in the database. Most probably, there is a conflict with the WP user ID (if perhaps there was a mixed roles previously)
Apologies for the delayed answer. I've troubleshooted the issue further, but i couldn't find the root cause. There are no mixed roles conflict, this user has the manager user role, permissions to edit and view the appointments are also enabled, no issues in the console. I would have to escalate this to the developers for further troubleshooting, but before that i would like to ask for the staging site, so we can avoid making changes on production site.
Yes, that's strange. The only thing that could go wrong here is the user role conflict, but I'm also thinking about the permissions in User Role Editor. I've just quickly checked in User Role Editor, seems like the Amelia Manager can edit and view the appointments. The administrator by default can see and edit all appointments. I'm not able to create a new user with the manager user role (it says that my email is reserved), i can see that you've switched "Chelmsford" to admin. Perhaps creating a new user with the manager user role would work?
Thanks for the access. Unfortunately, still not able to see the Appointments even with this user. Let me forward this issue to developers for further troubleshooting. I will let you know if something else is going to be needed.
I was encountering similar issue since last Wednesday and I'm hoping this may help anyone experiencing the same issue. The dashboard would just continually spin. We could see the calendar, though, and all the appointments appeared there. BUT, appointments for all but one employee were showing up with a number instead of their name, like the employees were missing. The option to add employees was also missing.
I didn't get a chance to look at it again until tonight. When I went to settings and looked at the activation, it indicated that we were operating on a lesser license than we purchased, insisting that we upgrade from Lite. There is no way to enter the license code, but there were directions on upgrading from the Lite version (https://wpamelia.com/lite-upgrade/) . It involves uninstalling and then reinstalling the zip file from your account on the Amelia website.
So I did that and it worked. I don't know why the automatic upgrade would screw my license, but it did. I've since turned off the automatic update. I will update under controlled conditions from now on (staging).
Apologies again for the delayed answer and prolonged troubleshooting.
We recently found an issue with hidden services and coupons tied to them that could lead to appointments not being seen. Since you have a lot of hidden services and coupons this could be the problem.
We could not use the plugin editor to implement the fix so try changing the file in src/Application/Commands/Entities/GetEntitiesCommandHandler.php with this one through FTP directly.
I'm sending the file via WeTransfer to your email address.
We do not have access to these things. You have other clients with the same issue raising tickets so can you not just release an update with the fix in place.
Hi
Appointments screen is not showing any data, its just loading, calendar is working fine
We have tried multiple logins and devices

Its actually happening to all users who are not administrators, to manager and employees
chelmsford has never been an employee so has never had a role conflict.
Hi
any update
we really need this sorted asap as right now we cannot add any coupons to appt as you do not allow this from calendar
and we cant check out clients from calendar who have more than 1 appt booked in as you have to click into each individual appt to see the price.

Hi, I do not have a staging site nor do I know how to make one.
We do not have those options in our wordpress site
If we change any of the users to administrator the problem goes, so guessing its something to do with the manager role?
