I hope this message finds you well. I am currently exploring the capabilities of your plugin and am in the process of setting up notifications for the first time. Although I haven't commenced real testing yet, my goal is to customize the notification emails beyond the basic templates by incorporating CSS and HTML (or just HTML) for color adjustments, table layouts, and image integrations to enhance the visual appeal.
However, I've encountered a recurring issue that I hope you can assist me with. Initially, upon configuring the notification and adding HTML code, the first email dispatch appears as intended – fully styled and formatted. Unfortunately, after closing and reopening WordPress, there seems to be a conflict between the text mode and HTML mode within the notification settings. This conflict results in my customized HTML being overwritten by a plain default format. This issue persists despite my attempts to rectify it through numerous test emails (approximately 30 different trials).
I am reaching out to seek your guidance on how to effectively maintain my custom HTML and CSS settings without them being reset. Your expertise and any advice you can provide on navigating this challenge would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, something like this is not possible at the moment.
We added HTML Support for the Service description and for the Text Content in custom fields but in the notifications this is not possible yet.
In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
I wanted to share a suggestion because I believe it's crucial for enhancing the customer journey. While we're working on implementing it, I was wondering if there's an opportunity to utilize another service or integration to send email notifications. This would allow us to apply a custom format to the notifications, aligning them more closely with our brand and improving the overall user experience. What do you think?
