The only option would be to have the following time slots available for booking: 10-12:30, 12:30-15:00, 15:00-16:30, 16:30-19:00.
Or have the following time slots in 30-minute increments (if the default time slots step is set to 30 minutes): 10-12:30, 10:30-13:00, 11:00-13:30, 11:30-14:00.
not really the time slots are 10-12:30, 10:30-13:00, 13:00-15:30, 13:30-16:00, 16:00-18:30, is there a work around, I like the tool and would like to keep it, but if I cant get these time slots for my customer, I have to use another tool. We are an agency and other customers as well, where we try to implement.
ok got it running, i created a new employee, created the timeslots for both employees and connected them to the google calender. Deleted the choose employee function in the frontend. Everything is fine now.
Hello Amelia Support,
I need certain timeslots, 6 Bookings a day from 10-12:30, 10:30-13:00, 13:00-15:30, 13:30-16:00, 16:00-18:30
How can I do that, with one employee.
Thanks
Silvio
Hello Silvio,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is no such option in Amelia as you could only set up time slots at each 30 minutes or set the time slots not to overlap.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,

So just to be clear, there is no possibility and you cant offer me any support on that issue, so I have to uninstall it and use another tool?
Hello Silvio,
Just to clear up my explanation.
The only option would be to have the following time slots available for booking:
10-12:30, 12:30-15:00, 15:00-16:30, 16:30-19:00.
Or have the following time slots in 30-minute increments (if the default time slots step is set to 30 minutes):
10-12:30, 10:30-13:00, 11:00-13:30, 11:30-14:00.
Please let me know if that helps you or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
