Hey team, I'm facing very weird issue. This is an intermittent issue with subtotal price. When I try to book for an appointment the actual price of the one appointment is $540 but subtotal shows $600 also the total amount shows $540. I don't know why this is happening. could you please help me look into this issue ASAP. I've attached screenshot for your reference. Please check.
You have configured the custom duration for this service, so when you want to book an appointment for this particular service (AXIST23 - XINYAN) the booking form display the option to choose the custom duration.
Even though the service price is 540 $, the end price will be 600 $, because of this option.
I'm aware of this custom duration feature. There's nothing to do with custom duration here. Service Price for 1HR is $540 and and I selected 1hr service only still the end price is $600. Could you help me with the issue?
I've made a new test page to test the booking form. For example, if i choose the "regular booking - AXIST23 (400 USD) the end step is showing the same category.
If i choose VIP 3 HRS (AXIST 23) with the price 540USD, on the booking form it shows the custom duration already selected to 3h
Thus the pricing is displayed for the custom duration that the customer chooses.
