We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Buenas tardes, espero me puedan ayudar, el dia de hoy actualice amelia a la ultima version 7.4.3 y despues de un rato se desactivo el plugin de mi wordpress, la version de WP es la 6.4.3 y la version de PHP 7.4 ya probe con las versiones de 8.0 y 8.2 y no funciona, me urge una solucion, mi negocio vive de las reservas. sino buscare otras alternativas.

First, we do not understand which plugin was deactivated and what exactly happened.
Second, when you update Amelia, it does not affect the deactivation of anything, otherwise we would have over 70,000 tickets for that issue. At this time you are the only user that has reported this.
If you can explain in a little more detail what exactly the issue is and send us a few screenshots or a short one minute video. And explain to us why you think Amelia's update caused anything (and what that is exactly) and we will gladly help.
