We would like to have fixed start time. For example:
Working hours from 10:00 to 15:00. If a service takes 3 hours we want them to book only at 10:00 or 13:00, not at timeslot inbetween. How can we achieve this?
This solves a part of the problem. The salon wants to book only one appointment in the morning starting at a fixed time, for example 10:00 and one appointment in the afternoon that starts at a fixed time for example 13:00. But we also want to present the customer the duration. Any idea on how to solve this?
Let mevtry to explain it differently. This is a scenario:
Working hours from 10:00 till 15:00. Services A that we offer taes 1 hours, service B takes 3 hours.
Somebody booking service B at 11:00 till 14:00 (= 3 hours) on Friday. This effectively means that this day nobody else can book any service because from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 15:00 is to short for service A and B. But if that person was offered only could book at 10:00 or 12:00 for service B, there was still space free for service A. So we want to fix the starting time. So if somebody books service A on no other service is booked on that day, only timeslot 10:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 15:00 should be available.
So if somebody books service B on no other service is booked on that day, only timeslot 10:00 to 13:00 or 12:00 to 15:00 should be available.
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hello Dirk,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you need to enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
