I've activated Paypal payment in Amelia. If I use my paypal developer account with sandbox mode, I can process a booking and payment. Using customer's live client and live secret, the paypal modal opens, then closes, then Amelia presents an error message. Is this an Amelia issue or something else? I can provide wp login and test mode if needed.
If everything is working with your test credentials then the issue is with PayPal not with Amelia. Amelia work in same way for test and live credentials. It would be best that you make a shortvideo of the issue and reach put to PayPal support team and explain to them that everything is working with test credentials and it is not working with the live credentials.
We could not find Amelia on your site just to see the issue but in any case this should be addressed by them since your test credentials are working.
