we have purchased and installed Amelia Plugin V7.4.3 and like to Limit appointments per customer but the option is not shown in customer role settings.
Please let us know what the problem could be and how to solve?
it seems this has to do when Wordpress Language set to German.
We changed it to English and now the option is shown in Role Menu.
So please let us know if this could be fixed with german language because we like to use german in wordpress because of the messages shown now in enlish.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
In regards to the second issue, can you please let me know where the event booking form is located?
Please test out the 2 customers at 1 time slot booking from the front-end now as it should work just fine.
In regards to doing this from the back-end, you will need to edit an existing appointment and then add another customer there as there is no option to add two appointments at the same time for the same employee.
But the problem is that we can only book 1 service for the same time.
But we need to book different services at the same time.
For example: Customers can book service "Training Online", Employees and Managers can book "Training" & "Probetraining".
With the current configuration we cannot do this and separate a time slot with 2 differnt services but this is an absolute must have because otherwise we don't know if a customer has to pay or not.
Service "Probetraining" is for free and "Training" & "Training Online" not. Also we will not have a good statistic and will not know which bookings are online or by Employee and so on.
We also have created another ticket #3606522 to not group appointments in calendar view. I guess this goes hand in hand with our problem here.
Let me know how we can solve this otherwise we need to remove plugin and request a refund!

I cchanged now back to german language and the option is shown now but with wrong description:
Its shown as "Preis des Termins" but should be translated for example to "Termin pro Kunde begrenzen".

Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you install Loco Translate and then translate these strings.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

I found another problem with employee/manager/admin booking of services.
We allow a service booking for 2 people at the same time.
If we have 1 customer booked at specific time then Amelia employee/manager or admin cannot book the service at this time for another customer.
In case another customer is booking using form, he can book the service at this time.

We have created services with min 1 peopple and max 2 peopple.
But only 1 can book at specific time slot.

At the moment, there is no option for one employee to be assigned to multiple employees at the same time.
If you want, I can refund your current license since there are features that you want that are not available in Amelia.
