We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

What has changed? There is no more question about package choosing in step by step reservations? Im getting so exausted of your plugin. Cannot wait till I will have a free weekend to migrate back to normal appointment system.
After some of the updates there is missing package and resource section. Great job as always!

Downgraded back to some older version and everything is fine now! With the rest glitches with filters and all but still working resources and packages.
Dont mind to fix this, I will leave ASAP! Good luck!
p.s. I hope that missing of resources for a while will not make a mess in my system. updated last week already.
NOTE TO EVERYONE: never ever update this thing to a newer version. If it barely work just keep strugling with the old version!

We wanted to bring to your attention that, as of now, there doesn't seem to be any widespread issue or bug associated with the recent update. We encountered fewer complications and swiftly addressed the ones identified in version 7.4.2, promptly releasing the corrective update, 7.4.3.
As far as our current knowledge goes, your reported concern regarding the disappearance of the option for resources and packages appears to be unique to your situation.
We will take a look at this now and as soon as we have more information we will contact you again on this ticket.

We went on your site and updated Amelia to the latest version and after that, we just purged the case and the packages and resources were there as you can see in the screenshots
And also we went on your site and we can cee the packages in booking form
We were not able to replicate this issue and we just upgraded and purged the cache and everything is working now.

It is no about this site. This site has the old version and it works. You see the screenshot I have attached, do you think I deleted the RESOURCE and PACKAGE sections in paint? :)) I told you step by step booking form but you give me a screenshot of catalogue view and say- see everything works fine.
As expected there is a huge mess with resources after this update, we have more than 300 appointments that will have to go trough and check. There are multiple booking a the same time because of this glitch. I cant even express the regret I have wasted time and money on all of this.
Never mind this, as I mentioned- old version fixed this and resources, packages appeared. I will migrate away this weekend hopefully and this is a unique case do not bother!

No, of course, we don't think you deleted with paint, but we didn't check if there was a resource issue or not for two simple reasons
We do not provide support for older versions and we have to examine the issue on the version you say is not working. For this reason, we immediately updated to the latest version and then we checked and everything worked as it should.
Also, there is no reason for everything to work properly on one site with the latest version and not on another. If there is a bug then it affects everything and everyone. If you want, you can send the staging site where this is happening so that we can look at the issue

valodumape.lv was working because it had old version.
skaistuma-estetika.lv had the latest some .3 or something. It did not have packages and resources tabs. Packages were also not offered in step by step wizzards. Downgraded back to .2 and let it be so.
