Hi there I am setting up a booking system with 3 different activities however am having a hard time telling the system when to allow bookings for each game.
Pickle Ball 9a to 10p
Golf 9a to 10p
Ax Throwing 11a to 10p
The only way I can think of doing this is setting up three different employees for each activity. Do you have a different solution?
Hello Bryce,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
As you already said, the only solution would be to create three different employees for each activity. In this way, you will have control over each service assigned to each employee. If you assign all services to one employee, the customers want to able to schedule the appointment since the employee might be booked already for a certain service.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
