Hi I have the free version and am having trouble getting it to work. Appointments made in the dashboard are not saving into the calendar. This is the only place I could find to ask for help as I have yet to purchase the app.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Thanks for getting back to me Uros. No there are no customers at all that have been saved. I had saved myself as an employee and yes I did have the same email as the wp admin. I changed it and it still doesn't save a new appointment.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
