1. Are you using WP Rocket on your Site for the front-end optimizations?
If so,
our developers helped us isolate the issue and here is how you can fix this.
Please first disable this option in our Plugin settings/Use stable HighChart version.
Then, go in your WP Rocket settings and find this section "File optimization ( Optimize CSS & JS)".
In Excluded Javascript Files, insert "code.highcharts.com/", as on this screenshot :
After that, the issue should be fixed.
Let me know how it goes.
If you don't manage to solve it from your end, we can do this for you.
2. If you are not using WP Rocket,
this could be a conflict with something else on your Site.
wpDataTables is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) concept-based plugin.
This means that the chart should look the same both in the back-end and in the front-end.
If your front-end chart looks and behaves differently than in the back-end, this usually implies that there is another plugin (or the current theme) that's changing the behavior of our plugin.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Let me know if you isolate a conflict with these steps.
3. If you still can't isolate the issue,
We can take a remote look.
If you need us to do this, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just send the reply as private, then nobody can see them except us.
We are able to reproduce the issue on our end, it is a bug from our side.
Our developers will investigate this, but for the time being, there is a fix.
We went to your Main Plugin Settings/Charts Tab, and disabled this option :
'Use stable HighChart version'.
So now, as far as we see, everything is fixed on your Page?
Please double check and let me know.
We will still investigate why the error happens when our "use stable version" option is enabled for the HighCharts engine and a fix will be made in one of the future Updates;
We don't have an ETA on when the fix will be available, but please keep a lookout on our wpDataTables changeLog.
It will be stated there during updates which bug fixes have been implemented at each update.
For now, you can just keep that option disabled and there should be no issues.
Hello.
I just updated to the last version (6.21) of wpDataTable and saw that since 6.2 you have made a correction in this problem.
However, even after the update, my high charts still dont show the date selection above or below the chart.
It works 100% in configuration page, but not in the shortcode.

And send me the URL of the Page with the chart.

Hello Milos,
Thank you for your efforts.
The website isnt in a live version yet, we are doing tests. So dont worry, do what you have to do.
I have another website in the same situation, it can be something systemical?
I will be waiting for your good news.
Thanks
