Suddenly a while sms history shows sending two messages to every customer... Its not enough with 2 segment price but there seems to be also two sms now. :)) It was working fine before, maybe this has happened after update i dont know. Screen attached.
To be honest I have never seen this issue before and we would neet to check and test this. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We fixed the other issue with packages and resources buy updating and purging the cache but for SMS issue we were not able to take a closer look since you are logged out

p.s. You could not fix the issue with packages and resources by purging cache, because there was no problem with valodumape.lv but skaistuma-estetika.lv website, first of all. Sencondly that was NOT a visual glitch with missing tabs that you could fix by clearing cache but an ACTUALLY NOT WORKING PACKAGES feature and resources.
I asked our developers about this issue in the meantime, and they said that there was a case on Friday, when WooCommerce was used, that there were two order status changes happening at the same time: Pending -> Processing, and then Processing -> Completed (in WooCommerce). They believe that this triggered the double-SMS notifications. There's a hidden setting in Settings/Payments/WooCommerce that should help fix the issue.
If you are using WooCommerce, here's how you can enable it:
1. Access Settings/Payments, and expand the WooCommerce tab. Scroll down and right-click below the last rule made for it -> Inspect:
2. Then, in the console, click on the row marked with the red arrow:
3. In the right side-menu, disable the "display:none" option:
4. A new option, called "Create booking before payment process" will appear:
5. Enable it.
It will be hidden again straight away, but it will remain enabled. Hit "Save" in the bottom right corner, and that's it.
I sincerely hope that helps with the double-SMS notifications issue if they persist.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that so far this has only happened with WooCommerce and if you can please send us a little more details. We can't reproduce it, but we'll do our best and for that we need to have a little more details, such as what payment method you use, so that we can send it to our QA to test and resolve the issue. As soon as you send us more details we will forward this to our QA team so that they can take a look.
We have sent this to SMS provider so that they can check this on their end and as soon as they send us feedback we will reach out to you again on this ticket.
Our developer created a fix for this and this should help and you can download it from this link https://we.tl/t-TdOR4FLZTo.
But they would like to investigate further why this is happening to you and they asked if you can provide us with a staging site and if you can send us in private reply access to your database and FTP so that they can look into it deeper.

I asked our developers about this issue in the meantime, and they said that there was a case on Friday, when WooCommerce was used, that there were two order status changes happening at the same time: Pending -> Processing, and then Processing -> Completed (in WooCommerce).
