Hi, there is a big problem with booking virtual appointments. Amelia doesn't recognize different time zones. When is this going to be fixed? It's a useless product without it.
You're telling me that when a booking email is sent out, the employee sees a time in their time zone while the customer sees it in THEIR time zone? How is that possible when Amelia doesn't have a time zone field for customers or employees?
Yes, Amelia does not have time zone but as we mention you set the time zone in WordPress and Amelia will inherit this as a global settings. Then you can have and set different time zones for employees in the employee modal like this
As we mention you have an option in general settings to show available time slots in customer time zone
Then Amelia checks the time zone that is set on customers device and then it shows is in that time zone when you enable this option form the screenshot.
Hope we explained it better now how Amelia works.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We do not have any issues with time zones. Amelia works like this
1. You set the time zone in WordPress and Amelia will inherit this
2. You can have and set different time zones for employees in the employee modal
3. You have an option in general settings to show available time slots in customer time zone
4. Amelia checks the time zone that is set on customers device and then it shows is in that time zone
We have checked this just in case and we do not have any issues with the time zone so please check on settings above.
Kind regards.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Never mind. I was able to fake time zones in my browser and see what's happening. Feel free to close or delete this ticket. Thanks.
