Hi folks. As you can see from the attached screen shot, the month and year are missing in my calendar. I'm on WordPress, using the current version of your software and of WordPress, have automatic updates turned on, and use the Elementor widget to display the Step-by-Step Booking Form on my site.
This could be related to the employee working hours configuration. If the employee is assigned to the service, his working hours should be configured in a way that he can "cover" the duration of that service. For example, if the service duration is 1h, the employee's working hours need to be longer than 1h.
I'm not buying it, Stefan. I'm the only employee and my hours are correctly entered into the platform. I don't see how this would affect the appearance of the month and year on the calendar view. Did you see the pic I attached?
I see. Well, the best option would be to provide the WP admin credentials so i can double-check in the backend. I see that you have JetPack, can you provide the email for log in, as well?
I have already tried the credentials from the previous ticket, but they are not correct, unfortunatelly.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. For this particular service "Chemistry", the "period available for booking in advance" is set to 14. If you configure this to a higher number, the date and time option will appear for the customer to choose.
I'm having a hard time accepting that one setting like this can cause the month and year to not appear on the calendar, but when I made the change, it fixed the month/year issue. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I would not believe it. The bigger question is why is this a factor?
Great to hear that. This is because the option "period available to book in advance" is calculated from the present day. In your case, 14 days that are configured, looking at the present day, don't reach the end of the month and thus the next month is not available for booking. If you change this number to a higher value, the total calculation (present days + period to book in advance) goes into next month and the timeslots are available. If that makes sense.

Are there any employee working hours configured?
