Hi, I have PayPal express pay option activated via Woo. When PayPal Express Pay is used on the Woo checkout page, the user is not redirected to the Woo Thank You page. They are still on the checkout page and it looks like they haven't paid.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials. Amelia does have the core integration with WooCoomerce, and i can see the that Thank you page has been configured in WooCoomerce settings. The thing is that you can get extra payment providers in WooComerce, but we can't guarantee that those payment providers will work. In this particular case, we are not able to test since it the live WooCoomerce environment, and it would require something like a WooCoomerce "test mode". That being said, for us to test the functionality, we would need to enable the "cash on delivery" option, which is not the same as PayPal Express. It could be helpful if there is a test mode for PayPal express in WooComerce, so we could check. If we use the "Cash on delivery" it leads to the "thank you page", as per configuration. I hope it helps.
