In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello, I'm using the version 7.4.3, I have a setup where clients doesn't need password to access, only need put the email and receive access by email link access.
I have another installations for test with version 7.4 the same setup and access link working fine.

We are not sure for what these credentials are for but we booked the appointment and then we got the link to login and we were able to without any issues
You can see also in the video that everything is working fine and as far as we can see there are no issues.
