Today one client made a registration somehow. It shows up in appointments, but it does not show up in google calendar. No emails from system were sent. Only email regarding this customer he has changed a password. Employee was surprised that someone arrived and we were lucky someone was on the spot. Is this some new common glitch? I have not checked yet other appointments because we have a hugu schedule.

Can you please provide the WP admin credentials so i can log in and take a better look? I've tried the credentials from previous tickets, but looks like they are not correct.
The employee only has special days and the notifications are correctly configured, as well as the Google Calendar integration. From the previous experiences what i can tell is that increasing the maximum number of events per page will help in displaying all events in Google Calendar schedule. This option can be found in Google Calendar settings, you would need to enable the option "remove busy slots" in order to increase this number.
The notification didn't go through because the mail settings are configured to PHP mail settings.
Unfortunatelly, the emails that are sent with PHP mail usually gets flagged as spam by mail servers and can take some time to send. We recommend using the SMTP settings instead since it is a proven method for mail settings.
Followed your suggestions by removing busy slots, still SOME users missing from google calendar. Our employees rely on this feature, but as always it is unreliable.
P.s. we noticed the problem is with one particular user that has rescheduled many of their reservations.

It is wierd that there is unusually high number of tickets. Never mind Stefan! Will be going back to another booking system. Enough time wasted.
