I use the plugin since a few months now and recently I notice that the Google Calender sync doesn't work properly. When I put an appointment in my Google Calender, it doesn't sync with the appointments on my website whilst they are in fact not available anymore. This used to work well.
In Google Calendar settings, there is an option called "maximum number of events returned". Try increasing this to a higher number since this will increase the maximum number of events per page. From previous experiences, increasing this option usually works as well as reconnecting the Google Calendar with employee.
Thanks for your response. This doesn't seem to solve the problems. But I found out now that what the real issue is. I explain it with an example:
Someone scedules an appointment on a Thursday on 9.30. In the notification email, the time is correct. But in the Google Calender it puts in the appointment an hour later, on 10.30. So when I block my Google Calender on 09.30 because I don't want to have an appointment on that moment, on my website people still can book an appointment because I guess the plugin sees I blocked 10.30 and not 09.30. How can I solve this?
Well, that makes more sense. Have you configured the WP timezone settings correctly? It should be set to the nearest city in your timezone. Amelia doesn't have it own timezone settings, so it uses the WP timezone settings. Also, make sure that the Google Calendar timezone settings are also configured properly.
Well, i doubt it's because of the update. Usually, when the timezone is configured to UTC it will change because of the daylight saving. This is causing discrepancies with timeslots.

I adjusted some things and it seems to work again. Strange that this happened. Can this be caused by an update?
Thanks again for your help.
