We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We are trying to sell a gym monthly subscription payment using Stripe.
I set up one recurring subscription in Stripe. There will be more.
The Stripe test setup results in the request for the card details. The test setup doesn't go any further than that. If we create more options, will the user get a selection option when going to the Stripe page?
There doesn't seem to be any way to specify which Stripe product is being bought. Or does Amelia only support the billing amount, not the Strip products?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Both option are not available in Amelia. We do not have subscription feature and we do not have monthly billings. Customers can only pay for one product at the end of the booking process. So they can pay for 1 appointment or one package at the end of the booking process. Not sure what you have set in Stripe but you can not connect Stripe "product" you can only use Stripe to accept payment for one booking at a time.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

I'm sorry, I thought it was a single question about recurring bookings.
Actually, I am confused because one of your published use cases is for a gym, with recurring bookings. But you said that it doesn't handle that? is it only for example the same date or time?
Hello there,
We have recurring appointments option
But you want recurring subscription we do not have subscription and we do not advertise this feature. What we have is recurring option for appointment as you can see in the screenshots and customer can book recurring appointment and then you can set if they will pay only the first one al all of them at once. If it is only the first one then all other payments must be done on site. You can read more about our recurring appointments on this link https://wpamelia.com/recurring-appointments/.
Hope this explains it better.

I don't think it is still quite what we need. Basically, the customer would sign up for an automatically recurring PAYMENT once per month, and then would be able to book appointments whenever desired during the month, but not have to pick a certain fixed time or date at the time of the payment. E.g. the customer might:
1. Pick monthly service and pay on the 5th of a month.
2. Pick their first appointment on the 6th at 10am.
3. On the 7th of the month, they schedule a booking on the 8th at 2 pm.
4. On the 10th, they book the 11th at 11 am
5. On the 5th of the next month, they are charged for the same service.
6. On the 10th, they book for the 12th at noon.
etc.
Hello there,
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia as such. As we mentioned what you want is subscription feature and we do not have subscription. You can create packages an then customers can purchase a package each month. This is the only option that can com close to what you need. We do not have any other option. You can read more bout packages on this link https://wpamelia.com/packages/.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
