Well, one of the options is to export the customer information to .csv format, but you can also migrate Amelia database tables.
There are around 47 tables with wp_amelia_ prefix that need to be moved. Please note that wp_ is the default database prefix, but on your end, it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_ tables.
Besides that, you also need to go to wp_options and search for option_name "amelia_settings" - that returns one row, so you need to copy the option_value and paste it in the same field on the other site.
Note that this contains all info from your old website, so you will need to replace the URLs in this cell.
I'm sorry Stefan, you lost me at tables :S . I was hoping for a YouTube video referral? I've gone through and added the customers with a cvs file. And now I'm manually adding their appointments into the Amelia appointments page. Something that came up that is ... I have clients who will pay for a 6-class package with recurring Pilates classes each week. I want to be able to save that day/time each week for them even after their package expires for them and only them to purchase. Is there anyway to save a time for only one or two Private / Duo clients to purchase? Thank you!
Sorry just a follow up, I'm also unable to add appointments in for 6:30pm-7:30pm on the back end (though it works for the clients on the front end). Even though my Settings->Appointments are set to end at 8pm and my employee appointments are set to end at 8pm.
I've even experimented and manually added all services to my employee ID since that worked for someone else on another support ticket. But it's still not working. Could you help? Since I'm migrating appointments over, I need to be able to add those in on the back end. Thank you! P.S. Strangely I was able to add it for one date this morning, but this afternoon it suddenly changed.
If you could help with this and the question below it would be great!
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
The table "workaround" was more like the "internal" way of migrating files, so we haven't made any YouTube videos or instructions. I see that you've used the .csv import way, which is great, but unfortunatelly, it's not very "intuitive" since not all features have the option to import the .csv files. That being said, you can only import for example the customers and event attendees, while the appointments import option is missing. You would need to add the manually. We will work on improving this in the future.
For the other question, our procedure is to have new ticket for each topic. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Thank you for your understanding and i hope it helps.
Hi! I just got the pro lifetime Amelia plugin.
I have a bunch of clients with upcoming appointments. I've been keeping track of apple calendar, but it's getting too confusing.
I'd like to move my clients and their future appointments (some have been paid and some I'm awaiting payment) to Amelia.
I've kept the customer panel, and book-pilates-class pages private until I develop it a bit more.
Is there a recommended way to move clients over? I see I can move customer names over via a cvs file. Do you have any tips on the next best steps?
Thank you!

No worries!
I'll open a new ticket. I've manually added all the appointments.
And changing the time from -5 to Toronto worked.
