Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I think that the team at Amelia have done something with the plug in as it looks a little different now and there are several places/opportunities to apply the discount code now when they get past this initial page (pls see the screen shot). However, if they try to input the code when it first asks (below it is still showing an error and this will be what customers experience first). The code does work if you proceed without using it here (below) and use it on the 2nd page of the booking. I wonder if the Amelia team could remove the code part from this stage of the booking if it is not going to work - or if they could make it work?

The coupon has been added to Woocomerce and Amelia .. but the user can't currently add the coupon when filling in their details

The reason why it cannot be added in Amelia is because the usage limit is set to 1.
Please increase it and let me know if it works or not.
